Asking prices are easy to compare. Annual costs are not, because they live in the marina contract and the insurance schedule rather than the brochure.

Before you enquire, price a year of berthing where you actually live, not where the boat is lying today. A Hamble boat that will live in Scotland is a different purchase from the one the advert describes.
