Frequently asked questions

Is there a free trial?

Yes. New brokerages and marinas get their first 6 months free, with no card needed. We email you 14 and 3 days before the trial ends.

How much is brokerage membership?

£3.99 a month per brokerage after the free trial, for unlimited listings. There is no fee per boat and no commission on sales. Each month is paid by card through Stripe.

What happens when a brokerage trial or month ends?

Boats already live stay visible, but you cannot publish new boats until you pay for a month. A month already paid is never cut short.

What does a marina pay?

£8.99 a month per marina after the free trial, for online booking requests and the marina tools. KeelFair takes no commission on berths, and guests pay the marina directly.

What happens when a marina trial or month ends?

Your marina profile stays visible and guests can still contact you, but new online booking requests pause until you pay. Bookings you have already confirmed are not affected.

Does KeelFair ever hold berth payments?

No. A marina connects its own Stripe account with Stripe Connect, or lists a payment link, bank transfer or payment on arrival. The money goes straight to the marina.

Can my whole team use one account?

Yes. Invite colleagues as Owner, Manager, Staff or Viewer. Important actions are recorded in your organisation's audit log.

Ready to list?

Brokerages can open an account now. Marinas can create a team account and add berths.
